• High-grade stainless steel knives are easily removed for cleaning

• Bowl cover and knife guard interlock prevents the cutter from running if cover is raised

• Rotary on/off switch with power indicator light; safety interlock mechanism prevents opening the bowl cover and knife guard during machine operation

• 18-1/4” (464 mm) ID bowl is stainless steel and removes easily for cleaning; exclusive “free-wheeling” feature permits bowl to be manually turned for fast removal of cut product, ease of ingredient blending and quick cleanup

• Model 1850 includes a convenient #12 Taper Hub for optional attachments
